Dr. Mallika Bandi, DDS

Dr. Mallika Bandi has been a dedicated member of our practice since 2012, initially joining as an associate and later becoming the proud owner in 2014. With a passion for dentistry and patient care, Dr. Bandi brings years of expertise and experience to the practice.

Dr. Bandi graduated from New York University in 2009, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Since then, she has continuously honed her skills and expanded her knowledge in various aspects of general dentistry. She specializes in performing restorative procedures, including root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, implant crowns and dentures, helping her patients achieve optimal dental health and beautiful, functional smiles.

Known for her compassionate approach, Dr. Bandi strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for every patient. Her commitment to excellence and patient care has made her a trusted figure in the dental community.

Outside of the office, Dr. Bandi enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to ensure she provides the best care possible to her patients.

Dr. Mehgol Rana, DMD

Dr. Mehgol Maggie Rana is a compassionate and dedicated general dentist who has a strong foundation in oral health care. She attended Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, earning her DMD degree in 2008 followed by a general practice residency at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center.  Dr. Rana has spent most of her career serving the Kearny-Harrison area in NJ where she has built strong relationships with diverse range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric individuals. Known for being gentle, patient, and empathetic, Dr. Rana excels in helping apprehensive patients feel at ease, alleviating fear and anxiety surrounding dental treatments.

Dr. Rana has training and experience in a full range of services, from routine checkups and cleanings to more advanced procedures such as Cosmetic Dentistry, White fillings, Pediatric Dentistry,   and more. Each patient receives personalized care with a focus on comfort and well-being. 

Outside of work, Dr. Rana enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is passionate about hiking, traveling, cooking, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise. Dr. Rana seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth by being active in continuing education courses to continue expanding on her dental knowledge . Driven by a commitment to improve oral health, her patients can appreciate her calming nature, attention to detail, and dedication to patient-centered care. Dr. Rana looks forward to continuing to serve the community and making a positive impact on the lives of her patients.

Dr. Qudsia Husain, DDS

  Pediatric Dentist

“Dr. Q” ( Dr Husain) is a Pediatric Dentist who has been part of our family for many years.

She brings with her a varied and extensive experience in treating adults and children.

She is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and a Board Certified pediatric dentist who strives to create a positive and life long relationships with her patients and their parents.

She received her Dental Degree from NYU in 2007 followed by general practice residency at Monmouth Medical, graduating in 2008. She worked as a general dentist but enjoyed working with children so much that she decided to join a Pediatric Dental Program at Mount Sinai Hospital and graduated in 2014.

Dr Q has continued to stay on at Mount Sinai as an attending faculty to teach residents till recently . She is dedicated to her patients and has a warm and comforting personality that makes her the right choice to treat your child.
